Comparing PPF Quotes in Delhi NCR? Read This First
You ask three shops for a PPF quote and get three very different numbers. One is almost half the price of another, and all of them say "Avery Dennison". Which one is right?
Usually, none of them are comparable yet. The numbers differ because the packages differ. Before you pay anyone, you need to know what is actually inside each quote.
This guide walks through how to compare quotes properly and how to check what you are buying.
Why PPF quotes are so different
There is no standard price for PPF in India. A quote moves with a handful of things, and two shops can leave out or include any of them.
- The film itself. Avery Dennison has more than one PPF product, and each has its own specifications and warranty terms. "Avery Dennison PPF" on its own tells you very little.
- Your car. A large SUV needs more film than a hatchback. Deep curves and complex bumpers also take more time to fit.
- What is covered. A front-only package uses far less film than full body. Make sure each quote lists the same panels.
- Paint condition. If your paint has swirls or chips, it may need correction first. Some quotes include this, and some add it later.
- The installer's standards. Prep, alignment, edge finishing and inspection take skilled time. That is hard to see in a price, but easy to see in the result.
A lower price can be perfectly fair. It just needs to be for the same film, the same panels and the same warranty.
A five-minute check before you pay
You do not need to be an expert. These steps catch most problems.
- Ask for the exact product name. Not just the brand. Names and warranty periods can differ by series and by market.
- Look it up. Avery Dennison lists its range on its paint protection film page.
- Check the shop. Search the business in the manufacturer's installer directory and see what work it is listed for.
- Get the warranty in writing. Ask whether it applies in India, who handles a claim and what it excludes.
- Ask who supplies the film. A distributor sells film and an installer fits it. Some businesses do both, so ask which one you are dealing with.
If a shop avoids these questions, that tells you something too.
What a good fitment centre looks like
If you can, visit before you book. In Noida or anywhere in Delhi NCR, these are the things worth noticing.
- The bay is clean and enclosed, so dust does not settle under the film.
- Staff can tell you the film series and explain where it comes from.
- They explain how the film is cut, whether from vehicle-specific patterns or by hand.
- They inspect your paint under good light and tell you what needs fixing first.
- The finished edges are tight and even, and the car is checked under strong light before handover.
- You get written warranty terms and clear washing instructions.
Do you need full-body coverage? Not always. If you drive on highways, the bumper, bonnet, front fenders and mirrors take the most damage. If you park in tight spaces, door edges and mirrors matter more. If you plan to keep a new car for years, full body can make sense.
Quick answers
What does Avery Dennison PPF cost in India? It depends on the film series, your car, the coverage and the prep needed. Ask for an itemised quote for your own car.
Does a cheaper quote mean worse quality? Not always, but check it. A big gap can mean different film, thinner prep or weaker warranty terms.
Is professional installation that important? Yes. Preparation, alignment and edge finishing affect how the film looks and lasts.
How do I check Detailing Bull? Ask us which film series we offer, how we prepare and fit your car, and what our written warranty and aftercare cover. Then confirm any manufacturer-authorisation claim in Avery Dennison's installer directory.
